Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
The need for timely monitoring of production execution reports is common to all companies engaged in production activities. In order to consolidate everything in one place and help users monitor and record the timely execution of Production Orders in one place in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system, we have created a module for monitoring the execution of production. The mentioned module covers the following functionalities:
- User registration to work on a specific Machine and Machine Center- Review of Machine Worksheets by Production Order
- Records of the start of machine operation, the end of machine operation and stoppages in production
- Record of the type of downtime in production and monitoring of downtime
- Record of waste in production
- Record of the performance of the machine and workers according to Production Orders
